December is by far my favourite month of the year. The excitement of retrieving cherished decorations to adorn the tree or the joy of wrapping thoughtful gifts whilst listening to festive Carols are some of this magical season’s most defining moments – we’ve got some fabulous sustainable ideas for a greener Christmas on p 96.
This year, there’s a real buzz in my household about what new twists on the Christmas Classics we’ll be serving up for the family, and we needn’t look any further than this bumper issue of Veggie!
