“Learning Through Music” – about the author

Dr Audrey S. Wisbey is a musician and educator who after ten years as a Headmistress became concerned at the number of intelligent children who were failing, because of undetected early childhood hearing problems, to become adequately literate. Ten years ago she started studying the medical aspects of learning and began with audiology.
Soon she realized the musical nature of hearing and therefore the implications of this for any educational system if it was to become efficient.
She has recently founded the Association for Children’s Learning Problems.
